Single Mom Budgeting

Some of our moms attended a budgeting class on Monday, January 27th.  At that class they were each given a savings challenge.  Each mom received $20 to start them out for the savings fund of their choice.  (Pay your self first fund, rainy day fund, emergency fund, etc.)  They then set a goal of how much they would like to save by a certain time frame. 

I'm excited to see how each of them do with their goals, what they accomplish and even their set backs.  After all, we can't learn if we don't face a road block or two.  The difference this time, they now have a support system when things do go wrong.
