SWFL Santas Family #55

Meet this family of three: a loving 23-year-old single mother, her energetic 5-year-old son, and her 5-month-old baby girl.

After unexpectedly losing her job while pregnant and undergoing an emergency C-section, Mom has faced a difficult period of financial uncertainty.

Despite these challenges, her priority remains keeping her children safe and cared for. Together, they enjoy trips to the park, walks, and movie nights with popcorn.

Our Family Story

I am a 23-year-old single mother of two beautiful children—a energetic 5-year-old boy and a sweet 5-month-old baby girl. Earlier this year, I unexpectedly lost my painting job while pregnant after my employer was deported, leaving two weeks of unpaid wages. Shortly after, I had an emergency C-section and was unable to work during recovery, making it difficult to secure stable employment since. My top priority is always ensuring my babies have shelter and their basic needs met. We love going to the local park, taking walks, playing with toys, and having movie nights with popcorn. Being sponsored this Christmas would bring immense relief and warmth to our little family.

Our Family's Big Wish

Essential Infant Gear (High Chair, Walker Seat, or Baby Swing)

Who Benefits: Child #2 (Age 5 Months)

Why It Would Be Meaningful/Helpful

As a single mother navigating recent unemployment, having safe and essential baby equipment—such as a high chair for feeding or a baby swing/walker seat—would provide critical support for daily care as the baby grows.

A Special Wish: A baby high chair, suitable activity seat, or baby swing would help Mom care for her growing daughter.

For feeding and activity equipment, please choose items suitable for the baby's developmental stage. Baby swings should only be used for supervised awake time, never for sleep.

This Family Big Wish is not a requirement for adopting the family.
