I am a 46 yr single mom/grandma to a very special medically fragile 8 yr old. I am doing the best I can to give him the best care ever. He is my whole heart and he will tell you I am his. This yr has been really rough for my little and I but the most important thing is we have each other. Zacch has autism and sensory processing disorder amidst many other health issue's.
