Eligibility
To be eligible for the SWFL Santa's program, families must fill out the preregistration form online and bring the required documents to the in-person registration intake.
Registration must be filled out COMPLETELY. Once the registration process is complete, you will be contacted with your in-person registration appointment time.
At AMHH, we do our very best to make sure all families get adopted during the Christmas season. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming number of requests, we have to limit the amount of families accepted and posted on the site at any given time. All families must fill out the online registration, bring documents to the registration intake before their profile will be added. Families will be added to the site following the order in which they were submitted and will be notified when they have been approved for adoption.

Once the online registration is received parent or guardian will be required to show a picture ID, birth certificate and/or custody papers for each child. You will need to bring documents to the in-person intake on October 11th. In take will be Saturday, October 11th at the Cape Coral Library. You will receive further information once the registration form is submitted.
Email and Cell Phone must be valid contact through Christmas.
We cannot accept changes from you after application is accepted. If your family is accepted and we cannot contact you, the application will become void.

Even if you submit a complete application, your family may not be adopted. If adopted, the family may not accept assistance from another source for the holiday season.
